Our mission is to help our clients develop wellness programming that best suits their specific organization; educates their employees about personal health risks that can be controlled, improved, or eliminated through lifestyle changes; and helps lower overall healthcare costs by reducing employee health risks.

HealthWorks was established in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1999, before wellness was the buzz-word it is today. We are a regional leader with years of experience servicing a variety of companies. Our client base includes companies representing manufacturing, education (both school districts and universities), and professional industries. Client size varies too, with some clients averaging 1000+ employees, while others have less than 50.
