Our health coaching model is is based on the Lifestyle-Wellness Coaching Model, which focuses on the five dimensions of well-being (not just clinical metrics) by building trust, communicating effectively, and facilitating learning and results. Delivered by ACE-trained and certified health coaches, we help individuals explore five dimensions of wellness through open-ended questions, making the participant part of the solution.  We help close the gap between where you are  and where you want to be.
